I have to thank you for this wonderful story, for every smile and every tear that you gave me during these months, I've loved it from the beginning and I can't believe it's really over and that I have to say goodbye.
Thank you so much for the beautiful epilogue and I really hope to read soon your new project, you're an amazing writer.
Thanks again :)

Thanks so much! I'm glad this story made you feel all those things and that you've enjoyed the story itself. And no worries, I do have a few fics in progress that I would like to finish up, so I won't be gone too long.

Thanks so much! I know this epilogue felt a little bittersweet to write, as this story has been my focus for a long time, but I'm glad to know you enjoyed it so much.

I wanted to have that moment of normalcy, the quiet sense of happiness as their relationship began. The press has been a part of things, but they've usually done things on their own terms. This highlights that. Plus, I'm a sucker for including new year's eve in my fics.

Good to know that even the epilogue is quotable and that this allowed you to feel something. That means so much to me as a writer.

Well, I've got a few things in progress and potentially resurrecting a fic that I've been avoiding for a long time. Hopefully that will do for now :)

Thanks again!

Is it wrong that I got sad when I saw you had posted this? I can't believe it's over and there will be no new updates, but you wrapped the story up nicely. This, to me, is the best thing you've ever written, which says a lot considering your impressive body of work. You've always been an emotional writer, but I felt this one was just special, with an extra helping of heart.

I love that you didn't wrap this story up with a pretty bow and send them off to a happily ever after. That's never been what this more true-to-life tale has been about. Even in this very last chapter, Oliver was having doubts, but that's what people do. It's in our nature to question things, but it doesn't mean he loves Chloe any less. And he does love her, even though the words were never stated in print.

"...when you think you’re doing the wrong thing, you say it to me in the right way..." This is a great foundation for a relationship. 'If you are having doubts, just tell me and we can work it out together'. Though they are just starting their lives together ( ... )

I hope not, because it felt weird realizing that this was finished. That said, thank you so much :)

This fic means a lot to me, as it challenged me plenty, but I like to think that it was worth it. This was definitely one of my favourites to write, probably because in the end, it has that emotional element that I enjoy writing (no matter how hard it gets).

Regarding the "pretty bow," I considered it. This scene was taken out a few times because I didn't like the tone, but in the end, it felt right to end it this way, with them still figuring things out.

And he does love her, even though the words were never stated in print.I sincerely love that you're the first person to point this out. To be honest, I figured that more people would mention this, but I consider that as a plus for me. As you could probably guess, this was done on purpose. There were two or three times I thought about writing those three words, but, among other things, the absence of those words was one of the purposes of writing the story (weird, I know ( ... )
