i think it hurts being as lackadaisical as i am. i can quantify what i want, and what would make me happy, but I'm extremely go-with-the-flow, and pessimistic enough that i think I'm never going to find what i want out there in the world. its somewhere. but I'll never cross paths with it in a way that'll lead to any positive outcome.

i just wanted to go for a frigging bike ride. but no, the helmet strap had to break, and the cords had to be unadjustable and so frigging old. and then i get the bike outside and go to start, and the chain is off/broken, wtf. i can't even go for a lousy bike ride on a gorgeous day!!!
