I didn't take many pictures during the storm because I'm lazy, and I only took a couple from the view of my bedroom window. I also took some pictures this morning from the kitchen window...but you'll understand that better in a moment.

Hi Marie...so very happy to see that both YOU and your car made it through the storm without any trouble.......I hope the next one brewing out there takes a different path and spares you guys down there...gosh...people didn't even get a chance to clean up after Charlie before Frances hit......be safe .......

Yeah, my friends and I joke about the apocalypse coming because Florida almost never sees this many storms in so short a period of time - it will have been right around a month if Ivan hits this weekend. *makes face*

I'm very happy and extremely grateful to have been spared the way I have been, working yesterday I came across so many people who weren't this fortunate - the storm wasn't even very strong where we were technically, but there are folks who lost their roofs and still don't have power and etc. And I'm very lucky about the fact that my family is alright, because Boca Raton did receive part of the eye, and just...yeah.
