to those of you who have sent your love to my grampa, thank you so much...quick update on him: he's in the hospital still, but he's in no hurry to go, so i think i'll see him this weekend to say goodbye...it's a surreal place, this, waiting for a phone call and the passage of one noble soul in my life ( Read more... )

so my grampa is in the hospital with almost no lung capactiy and pneumonia.

please send him your good energy, prayers, love, what have you...not to prolong his life (because he suffers), but to ease his way in to the next part of his journey.

i'm making a sweater. the klaralund type of sweater (google it) but with a pretty border stitch that kinda looks like lace diamonds. hm!

i'm cold, mainly. maybe i'll make tea and a tuna melt. that sound so yummy.
