I'm really sorry things are so hard for you. I don't think you suck though. And eating better is hard for everyone; it's very hard for me. *hugs*

*hugs* I guess my problems are nothing compared to what other people have. Sometimes I feel selfish for even complaining!

Don't feel selfish. Everyone has their days of complaining... my problems aren't much compared to some peoples' either.

*hug* If it makes you feel any better, I'm going through the exact same thing. I'm following a strict diet (even saw a dietician) and I'm working out at least four days a week and I haven't lost any weight or a bit of my size. It's so frustrating. At least we know that we are healthier, even if there are no outward signs. Besides, I know you are hot the way you are!

Kitty, could it be that the whole glucose thingy that was giving you trouble a while back could have something to do with it? I know that if your insulin levels are fucking up from wrong glucose stuff, it messes with your moods AND your ability to lose weight.

I'm not a doc, of course, and I may have got some of this confused - but maybe worth looking in to ?

I didn't think of that! This is true - there might be a different way I need to go about things, taking that into account. Maybe I should see a dietician. Need to save up for it, though!

Forgive yourself a bit, honey. You're a beautiful person, no matter what shape you are... don't forget there is a full moon as well, and saturn is playing nasty pasties with everyone. Deep breaths, self-care and peace...
ohh and lee forgot the nosekisses so you can have them from me *nosekisses*

Yeah, I wasn't thinking of the full moon, but it does make me a bit narky sometimes.
