Well, after almost eight years together . . . David and I are divorced.  We are also going our separate ways.

This means I need to find a place to live and a job in a short amount of time, but not for long term.  And I am hoping to avoid anyone who has any romantic/sexual interests in me . . . I am saving myself for the man who steals my heart/ ( Read more... )

I should be done with my job in the next week or two.  I've got to finish cleaning out my place.  Oh, and I'm divorced now.

That is only because CA is a commonlaw state and David's declairing bankruptcy due to the lawsuit.  We're moving to Nebraska sometime in August.  I'll head up to WA if I can, it's still up in the air when.

The worst thing has been the lawsuit.  We still may have to get divorced if David loses his case and has to declair bankruptcy.  That's a whole can of worms I won't go into.

I FINALLY got the W-2 from my last employer.  I'd been waiting for a while for it to come in, and now I've finally been able to file for my return.  I'm looking forward to putting a sizable dent in my credit card debt, but unfortunately it won't be enough to pay either of them off ( Read more... )

Today has been one of the few Valentine's where I actually got to celebrate.  David, the wonderful man that he is, amazed me by sending a gorgeous boquet of flowers to me at WORK!  I didn't even know that he had the address, and I was surprised that he even remembered that the holiday was coming up ( Read more... )
