lomo vs. librarinth (aka Books before EVERYTHING, wow Rage, that's a surprise)

So yeah, this weekend I had enough money for a lomo and I was gonna go to Team Manila to go check it out, like Guibee practically ordered me too (haha, joke!)

But! A Different Bookstore was having their weird promo that took 20% off books so I ducked in and checked.

So I came out immersed in Murakami's After Dark, which is extremely readable. I

miraculously, I resisted buying 1 book at Fully Booked earlier because I have about 5 bought-and-unread books ATM. xD

Have you read Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World? It's my first Murakami novel. And it's BRILLIANT. (I'm wary of his novels since they have a reputation for being too convoluted/messed up.)

You know that in A Different Bookstore they have signs encouraging people to rip the plastic off their books and read them? COOL!
SRSLY? Which branch do you go to? I only know the one in Greenhills, although I almost never buy anything.

Am so jealous. I wish I had any photographic sense. I mean, I own a digital point-and-shoot camera, but I actually don't really know how to use it. My pictures suck big time. If I can't figure out a simple contraption like that, how the hell would I be able to grasp lomos and SLRs? :O

Read "Choke", woman! You can't go wrong with Palahniuk. 0;) And "Tithe" by Holly Black wasn't that amazing... in case you saw it. Too bad if you already bought it. Lol.

"Atonement" by Ian McEwan is a MUST-read.

muh im a big fan of chuck, and Haunted didn't do him any justice. i think if you want to read amazing, aside from fight club, the better option is lullaby.
