Finished some wristwarmers earlier today. I had one completed, put them aside and had to do the other one today because I had another project in mind for that loom, which was an alpaca/wool soap bag that I finished a few minutes ago.
Made this on Saturday. It was originally a pair of Mudd jeans that are now too big for my daughter and which I never have any hope of ever being small enough for. They'd been sitting around in a bag of clothes she was taking to college for a clothing swap but which has been in my front hallway for three months. On Saturday I just picked them up

I'm working on lots of different sewing projects right now in anticipation of Christmas. Online Angels had a challenge for the month of October to send in Christmas stockings.
In the prior entry I showed the skirt I made from part of another skirt whose fit I didn't like. Here's what I made with the rest of that skirt and a washable silk shirt I LOVED but that was way too big for me to wear even if I tied the bottom, rolled the sleeves, tucked it in, etc.
