Into the Caphalon pan went:
1/2 bag TJ's broccoli florets
1 can crushed tomatoes
1/2 bag TJ's shelled edamame
1 bag TJ's artichoke hearts
1 cube each Dorot garlic & basil
I cooked these, covered, until they were hot[about 20 minutes on high], then added a slice of soy cheese and mixed it around until it was melted in. Next I cut some soy tempeh
