I left DC gaming a long time ago. Broke my heart.
But India was always paltry with imports, so had no choice.

game of the year : F.E.A.R , deffy. the graphic mightn't've been incredible but innovationwise, this game just stands out. it's like gaming a movie. psychotik man.

F.E.A.R. was awesome. It didn't really innovate on any grounds, except bring certain existing movie stuff to videogames, which made it rock harder.
Good times, good times. Only PC shooter this year that held my attention.

This one really gave me the shivers and the gun battles were quite challenging. I think the enemy AI here was better than that in HL2.

A secret: HL2 didn't have AI in the strictest sense. Most of it was scripted, and if you play it in higher difficulty you find the script crashes quite often. :)
FEAR's AI was volume based, which means they took decisions on their own, and navigated in real time.

I rarely buy any multiplats for the X-box. The PS2 games here are cheaper. I do miss live, though, but since it's not available here, can't help it much ( ... )

I think you mean under the kannife for number 8 :)

Anywho, I'm back to playing TA after having read a preview of Supreme Commander: http://archive.gamespy.com/landing/supremecom/

You MUST read! You MUST drool! You MUST follow the command of the supreme commander and buy your weird friend a copy.

May I recommend the absolute annihalation mod for TA? If you want to get back into TA, its the only way. ;)

Some friends of mine introduced me to it recently. It takes the best things about TA, refines them somewhat and let's you get on with it.

Krogoths for the win!

Anyhoo, it's being made by Chris Taylor, the dude who made TA, so af course it's going to be awesome.
