From the list, F.E.A.R. and Civilization IV have kickass multi. From the other games mentioned, Guild Wars for the PC and Burnout:Revenge,Pro Evo Soccer 5, Chaos Theory, Soul Calibur III, Gran Turismo 4 for the PS2 have solid multiplayer components, not to mention are extremely fun.
