Workout of the Day

So, I've managed to mostly keep up with my attempts to do long slow distance type cardio at least 3 times a week, and judo once a week, but haven't managed to keep lifting weights at least once a week too. :( And I am starting to feel it. i feel you with the knee my left knee has been an issue for some time.

likewise heavy squats makes it feel a lot better. try a decent sports therapist if you can find one, preferably one with powerlifter or strongman clients.

i found one then was made redundant so had to stop going but will resume in due course. made a world of difference and solved a lot of my issues, until i injured myself doing something silly(as you do. overextension on a rowing machine in my case, easily done as i am hypermobile all over my body)

Hmm, it's paying for a decent sports therapist that's the tricky part! I'll see how it goes -- really hoping that as long as I'm just exercising more, it'll gradually go away again. If not, will try NHS physio again -- the ones around here are all really good.
