Things I learnt in Shanghai:

1) Traffic lights are only a suggestion.
Shanghainese simply ignore traffic lights! Pedestrians cross roads at their own pace; drivers speed through red lights as if the lights are merely decorative objects. We had to look left and right twenty times before we gingerly placed one foot to the road!

didn't manage to sniff around too many places because the weather was unbearably cold! it dropped to 4 degrees one night and we were all freezing away! ;)

Yuppp, we went on free and easy. Very adventurous, considering that it was our 1st time in China! It was a 5D4N tour but due to the flight time, it was really more like a 4 day vacation.

Ah, my photo-taking skills is terrible. Ha hah. Will try to see if I can put up a picture or two. ;)
