Good news, everyone! It's taken me 12 years, but I've finally found a brand of breaded fish that I can eat without becoming horribly ill. Things are looking up.
I wish I could talk all about it, but I have to wait until everything is a done deal. I'm told it should only take another 30 days or so at most. After that I can share the big big news!
Silly question, but have you tried just making it yourself and experimenting with the ingredients? I don't know what your triggers are, but in terms of 'breading' you got your normal stuff, your flourless soy stuff, your panko, and more.
Not that it's remotely the same thing, but the preservatives and sodium and weird oils in prepared foodstuffs can really set off my IBS.
