My laptop died this morning. She was 6 years old, and the power supply is now fried. I'm gonna attempt to take it to PC Essentials tomorrow, but I doubt theres anything they can do. It appears that the power supply in a PowerBook G4 is not something that can be easily replaced ( Read more... )

I found a solution!!!

Haha, I was going to mention ifixit.com, I've gotten parts from them before. They're a good place to deal with. That said, if you decide to go with a different laptop later, they'll buy yours off you as well. Good luck buddy.
