Folks speculate about stuff that they hear about, its called rumors. The way to settle rumors usually involves telling folks about stuff that truthfully you don't want them to know, but which will shut up the speculation. Of course this may be embarrasing, or worse, make a person look bad, but fuck it, thats life ( ... )
