So sweet! I think I liked Buffy's interchange with Willow and Xander the best, though, and especially "check the brakes." Heh. Giles was a sweetie this chapter, which is nice. Buffy can always use good advisers. Nice bit about the use of the word "loins" cluing her to something being off.

I definitely never want to be on Buffy's bad side. She really has a lot of fantasy what she could do ;)
Giles is indeed very supportive; he things he's doing the right thing. For Buffy I hope it will turn out to be so. *fingers crossed*
Ah a claim; hopefully it will help them to remember. It sounds like like (loved the description of how it works).
Looking forward to find out who gave them the books (I hope I didn't over-read it).

I had tears in my eyes during the last scene. Spike trying to be aloof and tough while his heart is breaking always does it to me. And it was nice to read Giles being supportive and sweet.

I really hope the claiming does what they want it to. I think it was a brilliant idea, although Buffy will definitely have some "wrestling with feelings" to do.

And a big "ha!" to Buffy's Harlequin confession.
