Do you have labricoleuse on your list? She teaches a millinery class & often posts how-to's and her student's work.

I have a couple of links that might help. One is a online version of a handbook from 1952:

1952-How to Make Hats

The other is a hatmaking class for dollhats. The technique can be applied to fullsize hats as well.

Sadly I have not hat tutorials, but I just wanted to say YAAAAAYYYY!!!

Also, I'm pretty sure this inspiration flew through the interwebs from my brain to yours, because I was JUST thinking about how much I missed your sewing blog. I'm magic :)

Lovely to see you post, though I've nothing useful to offer regarding hats. There's far too much handsewing involved for my liking (though I need to make a couple of regency bonnets).
