1) the sky in arizona is extraordinarily vast

how is it that one can look nice, perhaps even a bit stunning in an article of clothing one day---

and completely wretched in it the next?

i love how right now the trees are so frozen, they can't sway in the wind like they do during the summertime. the branches are so icy and brittle that when they move in the wind they look like they could just snap off. though i suppose all they need is a little bit of oil to loosen up their joints.
