Ah, the New Year. Anyone thinking about resolutions yet? Or who they might kiss once it strikes midnight? Well, I haven't given much thought to the former...but the latter has a little list...after all I got some nice ones under the mistletoe. Then again, perhaps we should be more interested in the little New Years show we get...with that Zero

"New Years Resolution"?

A tradition where you make a promise to yourself that you're going to do something differently this year or start something new.

Most commonly it is a resolution to eat right or go to the gym more. But it's really up to the person.

Ball drop? What does that mean?

It means what it says, every new year in Time's Square they drop a huge ball down a flag pole on top of a building. It's a huge event and people gather from all over to see it and "ring in the new year."

It's a tradition but obviously not one we're gonna see due to the fact that those large balls they drop don't just spring up from nowhere.

I don't really have any resolutions that I know of. Though seeing the ball drop would be nice.

It would, this is my first time to be in New York for new years and I miss out on that.

I'm currently living in MoMA, but I need some help with some things... like moving a bed in. The floor is in no way comfortable.

And not really, I would reward you for your troubles. But mostly I need a vehicle to move a bed here, as beds are hardly a carry from place to place object in this weather.
