It really should be. I woke up to a nice surprise. I feel a little bit of relief and I needed that.
Heading home this weekend. I can't wait to see my parents and my friends. It's going to be a good weekend even if it isn't everything I had hoped for when I initially planned it. There is time for all the rest in due course.
In life I don't believe that there are any right answers. There are easy anwsers which aren't even all that easy when things come full circle. Any way you choose to go there will be hardships. The real question is are the hardships worth it? Are you making choices and living for something that makes all of it worth while? Do the moments add up to

Have you ever had someone try to put all of the blame on you? For things you are literally not even involved with? Well I'm not naming names but I certainly didn't throw a drill across the room like child and smash a picture. I'm not running to help clean up your mess.
December 15th and Christmas spirit is on the rise! Trying to get the teenager there has been a challenge but after last night's snowfall, decorating Christmas cookies and a family viewing of "the Grinch" I think she is finally feeling it!

Every night as I leave Ethan's bedroom I say the words "Goodnight baby, mama loves you". Tonight for the first time Ethan replied "I love you" back to me! Its so overwhelming to finally hear him say that back to me :)
I'm stuck in the house sick with one sick child and one child that is dying to go outside and play. Days like this I really appreciate my husband coming home and caring for us. He does such a good job with the kids and I when we are ill. I was counting the moments until he got home yesterday

Hannah is 3 3/4 years old and is sooo smart! She can write "Mom, Dad, Pop, Grandpa, Grandma, Hannah and Ethan". She just learned Grandma & Grandpa today but has been writing/spelling out loud "Mom, Hannah and Ethan" for months now
