This is actually super flattering, since I started to read your own femslash12 Natasha fic on Friday before work side-tracked me -- the nerve, I know! -- and even in as far as I got, I have to say it's fantastic. Your take on Natasha is fantastic, so I take this as a huge compliment.
(And I do plan to get back to your fic when I have the time -- hopefully this weekend -- to sit down and fully enjoy it. I'll comment fully then.)

And darn work. Getting in the way of the important things in life. (She says, being in the part of the year when she starts spending all that vacation time she hasn't been spending in the rest of it. No working Thursdays for the rest of the year is niiiiiiiice.)

I'll be honest, I was scared about this one. Some of the DC characters you asked for were ones I feel have a history beyond the scope of my knowledge and it's one of those things where I know just enough in that universe to be aware of how much I don't know. So why not write in a playground where I know almost nothing (outside of X-Men) and stumble around in the dark for a bit? Apparently it sounded like a plan ( ... )

This was actually ridiculously fun to write in the end (despite all my fretting), and a big part of that is that the characters were a lot of fun to play with. I'm glad they rang true to you.
