This one was an Alx original, but it was inspired by the collective grumblings of Andrew and Dan. They're fully justified though - having my own box of Kipling Apple Pies present here only encouraged me to push the matter further. It's all true about the exclamation mark though, as well as the notorious lack of space with which to write in their complaints section! Something tells me they know what bad men they've been...
