The cuteness of this helps make me forget I just had to drop $500 bucks to get 2 new tires and fix the crappy alignment on PJ's element......but at least there is this cuteness!

Two of my FAVORITE musicians were both nominated for Juno Awards. Yet you have NEVER heard of them in the U.S. What up with that yo!

Homemade tamale pie with vegetarian re-fried beans makes a good breakfast after a morning run. Wow, I was just looking at some very old RHPS photo's from Rochester that have been posted on the interwebs. Fun to look at, seems like forever ago and just like yesterday at the same time. It's funny how you value people and friendships past the more time passes.

Hopefully I can fit one more workout between now and Sunday. I am working four 10-hour day in a row this week. hmmp!
