Over the weekend, I watched The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, which was a good movie albeit a bit short. I'm not sure what I expected from the film and I certainly wasn't unimpressed by any aspects of the production yet as the credits rolled I merely shrugged as opposed to having tears well in my eyes as maybe I had expected they would.

you're cute. well i'm not gonna lie once in a while there is a 'lolcat' i see and laugh at. i also like the 'lolcat' ripoffs, the ones that look like they were made in mspaint on a computer with poor resolution for aesthetic appeal. onward to the incredible hulk. did you not expect it to be average? also...was there not an incredible hulk movie released like two years ago? with jennifer connelly (way hotter than j.beil)? why is everyone pretending this never happened?
I was one of the very few who liked the original Hulk and I felt that this new one did a good job of kinda sorta re-booting the franchise without starting over from scratch. If you watch both movies, and with a little bit of imagination, you can almost view them as sequential. Generally I like superhero movies and most of the good ones have a couple of very memorable scenes here and there but this one was just ehhhhh. Not bad, though.
I'm not ANTI Lolcats or image macros in general, I just think that maybe enough is enough for now.
Also, I highly recommend seeing Indiana Jones because it is SO over the top and ridiculous. And Harrison Ford still manages to be sexy without trying too hard. However, I do NOT recommend seeing The Strangers. Worst. Movie. Ever. Made.
but lolcats is now expanding to all sorts of new subject materials. now we have lol2008presidentialcandidates and such. some of which are actually funny, because cats are great but they also get old quickly.
maybe diving bell has been ruined for you buy people talking it up. This happens to me often. If so, I'm sorry because I probably had a part in it.
I want to make it clear that I really liked Diving Bell, but I just felt it was a little short and I was surprised at how little it effected me emotionally. It took a tremendous amount of ingenuity and imagination to tell a story like that on film but for some reason it wasn't the tearjerker that I wanted it to be.
