so, just got off the phone with the lawyers asst. yah.. she doesnt think i can do anything about this .. great, im glad this piece of shit can fuck up my life soo much and no have to pay a single cent.

my mom says to call your insurance agency and find out if they have any ideas, if you don't get anywhere with them than i can call mine.

and look into sueing him personally, for damages. the lawyers should be able to find some way to do that.

oh yah, im sueing the bastard he was drunk.. i have AAA. tell mommy thanx for her concern :) im just glad none of us were seriously injured.. my neck hurts soo bad.. the guy hit me doing 60 mph.. there were parts of my car that stretch almost half a mile.. he blew a .16 then he has the nerve to ask the police if me and the girls were ok.. yah were ok you fuck and ur lucky we are.. but seriously.. im sueing.
