I getting my life back, back to singing in a choir group, doing zumba close to a dancing right now, and planning to start swimming.  I am slowly getting my life back from the last 3 years which was consumed by my work.  I took a week off from work and reconnected with my family and i am genuinely happy with my life. So after 3 years of my life, I will finally get rid of the ball and chain. we made it to launch base and things are going fairly well.  As our customer so eloquently put it " the nightmare is finally over".

So I am only about halfway through my project, and I am already at FIFI(f^ck it, fly it).  This is brutal, I feel very overwhelmed and underwater which is difficult for me since I am a control freak.  I have not been able to get ahead of this program and drive it. So what a crazy week they came, we meet for over 40 hrs going over their design, and they left with a big thank you.  I enjoyed meeting with the Parisians this time around. SO just came back from vacation in Yosemite. Every time I go I am just blown away by its majestic beauty. The place makes me humble to see  what nature can do. It is the best place for an engineer like me, it make me humble to know I can't create the magnificence that mother nature can do.
