For PT we had to run 5 miles in any normal situation I would have ran it in 25-45 mins...BUT no we had to run it in squads. We have this new girl and she is slow as shit and it took over and hour!!! THATS BULLSHIT I know I like to shower after I get done running but we don't have any TIME!!! SLOW BASTARDS!!!!
