1. Thanks to Peter Belmi from mulitpy, I’m probably going to spend the next 5 hours today doing this when I should be planning my fabulous weekend.

Rice Queen :) I actually do not associate negative things with that comment. In fact, if someone tells me he's a RQ, I'm like "Great! Good for you! Show me your goods!" LOL I mean seriously, people have such insecurities about labels... If you love rice, embrace it! Who cares what other people think?

Korean dramas are so GOOD and addictive.

I've re-read The Giving Tree and I'm not convinced it's such a good book after all. That kid is a fucking jerk and walks all over the tree until, in the end, it's nothing but a stump. I'm not sure I like that message.

I cried a bit the first time when my 5th grade teacher read us the Giving Tree. Totally makes me wanna smack that kid.

LOL. Yeah, I would like to smack the kid in the book. As far as me being a Rice Queen.... the reason I hate being called that is for all the negative things that go along with it. As a white guy, I don't treat gay asian men as if they are submissive little queens who bow down to whatever the white guy wants. I don't colonialize asians, and I don't want my entire apartment to have an asian influence. I'm just plain attracted to Asian Men.
