I woke early with characters yakking away in my brain and demanding attention. The combination of my creative writing course and nanowrimo seems to have awoken something.

I am quite insane to think I will manage to write 5000 words this month, let along 50,000. However, I've signed up and I will give it a go. I'm not taking on any more OU work this side of Christmas, so maybe, just maybe I will have an evening or two free.

In other news - well, there isn't any really. Life moves forward ...

It's been a busy week - work, work, work, but on Friday Hubby and I got to go up the BT tower in London. BT opened it for the day to raise money for Childline (it is Childline's 25th anniversary this week). Hubby managed to get tickets and so up, up, up we went. OK yes, my sole reason for going to see this movie was because Richard Armitage was in it (briefly). However, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was quite a decent movie. I've just got home from sunny London and a lovely few hours with Nuria and Luki from Barcelona. We strolled through the streets from the British Museum to the embankment and then along to Tower Bridge for a lovely lunch on the riverside.
