I'm going to a new exercise class tonight - yay! I haven't exercised for way too long. I found out about this class last week and it sounds really good, and then - just by chance - I discovered a friend has been going and she loves it. I've very much enjoying a relaxed weekend after months of running about like a lunatic. There are no major projects on my desk, the house is reasonably clean and tidy, and I have space in my brain to think. I'm off to Brighton for a four-day conference - back Friday pm. I'm really hoping for the weather to be decent as the conference centre is across the road from the beach (all stones, no sand, but a beach none the less).
