I broke my fast yesterday, but I'm still proud. I hadn't eaten for 22 hours! Who knew I had it in me? Then all I ate was a bowl of yoghurt and some crackers, and later at night some biscuits. 300 cals and then some. Seeing I have only started this a week ago, I think I'm doing pretty good.
