when something sucky happens i have two bad ways of dealing with it. dwelling on it like crazy. going over it again and again. and driving myself nuts over it. or pretending its not there cause it sucks too much to think about. its unhealthy but sometimes letting too much out makes you feel too vulnerable. and im not so much a fan of vulnerability ( Read more... )
