I had the realization yesterday that at this time last year I was student teaching. I had just started my LiveJournal account in the December before student teaching. Which means I've survived my first year of blogging... Sorry that it's not all that interesting ( Read more... )

I hope everyone at the schools enjoyed the day off.

You should see He Man and the Masters of the Universe, the only movie to have a synthesizer save the universe which I'm aware of.

Hey, the temperature was naturally in the negatives, and the wind chill brought it to around -20's.

As for Masters of the Universe... I don't remember a synthesizer saving the universe, but it puts me in mind of Flash Gordon, and the all Queen soundtrack (Flash... Ah-ah. He saved every one of us)

Dune. The old version. (The new one is pretty good, but LONG, and probably not as fun for the young'uns.)
