How to use the actions in Photoshop 7.0. In other words, how to set it so you can easily perform repetative actions multiple times.

Ah yes, the actions tab. I wouldn't be able to live without it, I'm not kidding. With so many color tuts and whatnot about, the action tab is insanely helpful.
