I think I just found my first grey hair.

So what with my resuscitated internet connection finally in place, I tried to call my Mom on Skype last night. She wasn't in so I left a message, and this morning found the following note in my inbox:

It's taken 6 weeks, a lot of frustrating phone calls and finally a surprisingly friendly technician and another day off work.
