So, I made an effort to meet the neighbours. All one of them. Met the mom, kid, and cat so far. The kid seems like a nice person. I like him. He seems to really like cats too, which automatically makes him awesome. So, I stopped by the humane society today to adopt a cat. It ended up being a choice between two gray toms, one named Charles and the other Philepe. Spent quite a bit of time with both trying to decide. Charles was a quieter, more timid cat who was easily freaked out by new environments, but totally connected with me really fast and was so friendly ( Read more... )

So, I was messing around today with poi. I've been doing a lot of stuff with CAPs, which stands for Continuous Assembly Pattern. The official definition is a little vague at the moment, but it's pretty much where you take a fraction of a move and connect it to various other moves without any of them doing a complete cycle.
