i particularly liked the part about how creation and evolution cannot coincide. It's all or nothing. Black or white. No need for grey matter, we'll do the thinking for You! It is like a new kind of religious racialism. In my vision of the word, evolution does not necessarily mean that we sprouted from fish, but that we have the ability to "become more than what we are." Both as humans, in general, and personally throughout life.
As funny as it is to us Americans, Germans actually say "racialism" instead of "racism" and "racialist" instead of "racist." Just an interesting factoid for the day.
Hrm. As a native of Kentucky, I hate to see that sort of thing here. There are more reasonable folk about. They just aren't as vocal as the nutjobs, unfortunately. :(
