Another typical Thursday night class as far as size. 1 red belt, 4 yellow belts, 3 white belts and 4 black belts. Sensei Quinn had me lead warm ups then the rest of class was straight punch, lunge punch and front kick. We did lunge punches two count then one count - various speeds. We're just picking on you about your "secret combination" you posted last week, it's all good. I'm sure we'll show you what you missed Thursday but it won't be nearly as good second hand, best to get it from Sensei Quinn again. We're trying to talk him in to building out more on last nights workout, but it sounds like that will be next Tuesday, when you'll be gone.
Anyway a joke was had but lets not carry it too far. I'd like to pair up and work on this more Saturday. :-)
