I am not a very hapy phantom at the moment, and I'm not going to burden you with the reasons why.

Why is it that Tipp-Ex takes about a day to dry on paper (presumably the substance it was designed for use upon), and yet when it comes into contact with skin it dries fast in miliseconds and can only be removed with the assistance of wire-wool?

Why is it that I need more ID to buy Euros than I do to leave the country in order to spend them?

This is yet more evidence for my conviction that the world is mad, and also good for my stance on the Euro as a currency.
