I had to return some stuff for my wife at Office Max. I just needed it put back onto her card.
They wouldnt let me do it, without the number on the back of her card. So I went outside and called her to get that number.
So I went back in to give them the 3 digit number, but now they said they wouldnt do it without her actual

The whole time I read this I thought the first line said "pretty" instead of "petty," so I kept waiting for you to get to the part where your prettiness played a role. Like, the manager wasn't going to do the refund for you, but then suddenly said, "Oh, what the hell - you're pretty enough that I can break the rules!"

When I got to the end I glanced at the first line again and it all made much more sense.

I'll have to show yo a letter I wrote to J.C Penney a few years ago. I got a $25.00 gift card from them. It's hysterical really. I think they must have gotten a laugh from it and that's why I got the gift card.

It's quite possible. Apparently I write very effective piss off letters. I also got a free lipgloss from Mac cosmetics before because I wrote a letter about poor service at one of the counters. Do you want me to write a letter for you? I can probably get you free water at least.

I may need to hire you on this one for a Bath and Bodyworks snafu. The card machines were not working so they could only take cash which meant I had to go to the atm and spend a total of $8 in fees between bofa and my credit union. I really wanted to replenish my stuff for new years eve and only the bath and body works stuff would do plus all the malls were closing early or I would have told them to forget it and go somewhere else! I really do need to write them about that and at least get my fees back!
