Does anyone local know a decent auto-mechanic or auto-mechanic shop that works with Toyotas and isn't overpriced?

I have a minimal amount of money to get (I think) one item fixed on the blue car ... and I need to do it sooner rather than later.

Help?

The problem is that I don't know. We think it's a belt but both the books we have on the car don't identify either where the belts are or how to go about mucking with them.

It could also be more than just a belt ... so I need someone who will do a diagnosis and estimate as well as the work.
