I think, were I a cat, facing an unyielding stream of cars, with a pressing need to cross the street, I might do the same thing. Or, I might lick my butt.

It's good to hear from you as well, oh lurker similar to me. How are things in meenk land?

I suppose the "pressing need" part is the bit that gets me. If I were a cat I would have been inside in front of someone's heating vent or on a radiator and enjoying the fact that I didn't have to be out in the chilly morning -- or even awake.

Oh, speaking of pets. My parents and I have been talking about a dog to keep my dad company during the day and, thinking of you, I brought up dachshunds. Any thoughts? Also, does Benny do alright with stairs?

Things here are fabulous. I wish I was independently wealthy, of course, so I didn't have to work, and could wrap myself up in the awesome little cocoon that is my home life, but that's alright ( ... )

I don't need cold to be retarded. I probably don't need anything.

For me just a lack of sleep and stress can make me wonder down the halls giggling to myself like a nut case, I suppose it's a skill.

Alright nap time calls. Whee.

PS. The sinks drain well, it's like I've died and gone to "plumbing actually works" heaven... Yay plumbers and plungers...
