So I got a nice fat envelope in the mail today from the Employment Security Department of Washington. I opened it and it turns out that SkyWest has appealed my claim and doesn't want to give me any money. Life's kinda shitty. Although I enjoy my two jobs, neither of them pays enough to keep me alive really. I rely on them and my unemployment checks and the food bank to live. Yes I've become so destitute that I now I have to go to the food bank to eat. I need a day job...badly.

So I got this new part-time job...as a freelance writer for the Tri-City Republic. Can you freakin' believe it?! I can't! They will pay me $1 for every column inch I write.
