It still bothers me that C is not my friend anymore. I tell myself he made the decision. But it bothers me when I see he is having a party and doesn't invite me, or that people who didn't know him as well as I did know more about him than I do now. I tried/try. That sucks dude.
Tough way to get pie.
But hey, pie is its own justification, right?

We've been friends at a distance on here for so long that you should feel free to say hello. It'd be silly of me to keep reading your posts and pulling for you without letting you know that I'm rooting for everything to be awesome. Hit me up on IM anytime. Username is in my profile.

And take care this holiday season!

i've been in your position, though with friends, not with a boy.

1. if they're the type of friend who is busy or forgetful (ADHD), that's all it is. if they call me now & again, or want to chat when i call, i assume everything is fine and they're just being their typical busy / forgetful selves.

2. on the other hand, if they never call or email AND never want to chat when i call or go out when i invite them to things, i figure they must not be interested in being friends. there isn't anything inherently wrong with this scenario, other than sometimes i get my feelings hurt. but that's life! there ARE people who like me, it's just not the people in group 2. so i eventually give up on these people and hang out with those in group 1.
