i always thought id be the first of my friends to get married. they all always seemed so ditzy and shallow (honestly). and after middle school never had time to hang out or anything

umm... ouch. I hope you don't think of me as shallow. Ditzy, yes, shallow, no. And for what it's worth, I worried about you all through high school b/c I never saw you and you spent so much time studying, but I love you and I think ur great. You don't have to drink and take risks to be fun. Make your own rules and be your own person. I don't think ur self absorbed or even fun deficient. It's just harder to get through life after having to make huge decisions, you know? Go out and make some new friends, but don't forget what's important to you and the people you know love you!

i dont think your shallow... i just feel like i dont know you at all... or anyone anymore for that matter! High school sucked!!!!! i should have gone to john carrol or anywhere but ASFA! i played happy... but i cried almost everynight.

im so obsessed with being different... im really just plain

no one ever has time for dorky pool parties and movies anymore... every one has moved on..and im not racking up friends at college

WHAT THE WAFFLES ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!? Your pic is in the front of my scrap book and everyone that sees it is like WOAH! Who is that? Do you really know her! She's totally hott! And second of all, you may notice on my facebook profile that I'm in a group that's called something along the lines of "People who don't need alcohol to have fun" Or something like that. I LOVE to go to the movies and especially pool parties, and so do all of my friends. I think that maybe you just haven't met the right people yet. I'm thinkin i need to take a road trip over there and party with you, doll. If you want we'll have a girls day and do fun stuff like shop and get makeovers and then go to a club and dance the night away. OR grab a bucket of chocolate ice cream and some chic flicksand talk about how stupid people are. Both sound like fun to me, and I've been meaning to take a weekend to visit my sis anyway. But I know how you feel. I had a hard time finding things to do with my friends from high school. Most of them went to party schools and when

Ah, the masks people wear. On the outside, you apper very self-assured, very confident, very dead set, but in the end you're ::gasp:: NORMAL! Kelly, I think we've all been there. I guess it's kinda hard for me to offer any really good advice to you since I'm kinda in the same boat you're in. However, you should never feel alone. I know you prob feel that way now, but don't. You have people that love you, and that will be there for you. On the positive, you've got alot of college time left.
As far as the marriage thing goes, it's hard, but try not to put time constraints on things. Marriage will happen when everything is right. Try not to rush it.
