alright Ed signed the forms tonight and tomorrow is calling for an inspector....the closing is now set for Oct 28th. We are on our way to owning a house. Thinking good thoughts.

The realtor called today. We won the bid and he is writing up the full contract for us to sign.  Now it the  only thing that can really derail us is the inspection, but it past once already with a previous buyer(who backed out cause he lost his job) so I am not too worried.

But at least now we can start moving forward with this.

Ok we called the realtor this morning he told us that the bank(who is the seller) is still making their decision. He says he hopes to hear from them today.

The seller(bank) was supposed to make a decision by monday afternoon so we am still waiting to here from the realtor.  Thank you for all the good luck wishes sent out way I will keep you posted.

12:30 and still waiting..............

Alright the signed paperwork with our bid is in now we are just waiting see if it is accepted. Hopefully by late afternoon we will have a answer one way or another.

Ed and I just looked at a house for sale and looks good. Tomorrow we will put a bid on it wish us luck. send positive thought please

Alright it is official today Ed and I start house hunting. We have been approved for a loan and we go to see our first house later today. I know it will be a long process of looking but hey you gotta start somewhere right?

I stepped on the scale this morning and to my absolute delight I saw that I now weigh around 220. I am so happy cause at the beginning of August I weighed 240. Happy dance!!! Of course the goal is 150 but I am getting there.

Woke up to rain coming in my windows. Hopefully site won't be too flooded. Oh well rain or shine their say, but if it is all the same i'll take the shine thank you. At least I had a pleasant birthday yesterday. My parents got me a real target for me to practice my archery with.  So I was out shooting yesterday.
