Today, Butternut had his two-year well-child exam. He's still big and healthy, although his height measurement was likely off due to the squirming and screaming he was doing on the exam table. According to the recorded measurements, he hasn't grown any taller in six months, and I know that's not true just by looking at photographs. The doctor

I've just discovered that I can throw philosophers at people in Facebook. And, since I'm friends with the Johnnie Chair, I just three Heraclitus at the Johnnie Chair, making a big, bloody mess. (Bloody, I think, in the English sense.)
I learned tonight that the person who was hired for a communications job for which I interviewed lasted in the position not much longer than two weeks.
Gary Gygax muffed his last saving roll. (Which, since I just googled the phrase "saving roll" to make sure that I'm not too rusty after nearly two years of not playing, is pretty much how people are reporting it. I'm really not a very original writer.)
