Ahh breakfast.  I eat it every day as we all should.  But on weekdays I like it to be easy and fast.  No muss no fuss. I already get up at 5 am on weekdays to do yoga before work, I don't need to get up any earlier to add in time for making a complicated breakfast ( Read more... )

Mother's or Sprouts. It tends to be on bottom shelves.

no worries. theres a mothers across the way from Lindora, Ill see if I can buy it then bring the bottle into the clinic to see if they are ok with it. I start metobolic adjustment today. Which equals more food, but no weight loss for 2 weeks. Still no potatos CRY
