Ok .. so I was sick for 2 weeks with a severe ear infection and fever, made it back to work for 4 days just before my Chinese New Year Holidays kicked in. I am sitting in Han Tang Hostel in Xi'an, China right now. I have had one of the most memorable Christmas' ever. I'm not sure I can even do it justice in words but I'll give it a try. I was just sent pictures from my friends Jen and Jamie and their 4 month old son Aidan. He is adorable ... and in one picture he was sitting in a snow bank. The back ground shows houses (which I have not seen in close to 4 months, as Shanghai is all apartments) and snow in the trees. So I've decided to take it easy this weekend .. went to watch a Christmas Carole with a group of the Victoria teachers last night .. had session 2 of my personal training today then somehow was inspired to run 7km on top of that.
